These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Triphone mobile application and related services (the "Service") provided by Cloudstar ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must verify a phone number as your caller ID before placing calls. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
Calls, messages, number verification and virtual numbers are provided using third-party carriers (including Twilio). Call quality and availability depend on networks outside our control. The Service is not a replacement for traditional telephony and may not support emergency ("000"/"911") calling.
Referral rewards are granted only when a referred person creates a valid new account, subject to limits and anti-abuse rules. We may withhold rewards we reasonably believe are obtained through fraud or abuse.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloudstar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law (including the Australian Consumer Law).
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or as required by law. Unused coins are forfeited on termination for breach.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
