Triphone Privacy Policy
Effective June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Cloudstar collects, uses and shares your
information when you use Triphone.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, phone
number, and (if you use Google Sign-In) basic Google profile details.
- Usage & transactions — call and message metadata
(numbers dialled, timestamps, duration), coin balance and transaction
history, referrals, and in-app purchases.
- Device information — a push-notification token and basic
device/app details needed to deliver notifications and operate the app.
- Contacts — if you grant permission, the app reads your
contacts on your device so you can pick a number. Your contact
list is not uploaded to our servers; only a number you
choose to call, message, refer, or oneRing is sent to carry out that
action.
2. How we use your information
- to provide calling, messaging, number verification and virtual numbers;
- to operate the coin wallet, purchases, ads and referral rewards;
- to send service and account notifications;
- to prevent fraud and abuse and to comply with legal obligations.
3. Service providers we share with
We share data with providers strictly to run the Service:
- Twilio — calls, SMS, and caller-ID verification;
- Google / Firebase — sign-in, push notifications, AdMob
ads, and Google Play billing;
- Amazon Web Services and Neon — hosting
and database.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed
to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. You can
request deletion of your account and associated data (see §6).
5. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures (including encryption
in transit) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100%
secure.
6. Your rights & choices
- access, correct, or delete your account information;
- withdraw permissions (e.g. contacts, notifications) in your device
settings;
- request account deletion by emailing
supporttriphone@b3bas3.com.
7. Children
Triphone is not directed to children and is intended for users 18 and over. We
do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live,
including where our service providers operate. We take steps to protect it
consistent with this Policy.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified in-app or by other
reasonable means.
